Suggestions:
- better categorization, e.g. "Personal Information"
- layout too congested (white and orange color in sequential order)
- consolidate similar questions
- tuition payment, using % instead of "major/minor/not a source"

Key points
- Add lead in on the first page of the questionnaire, e.g. Dear Students, The purpose of this survey is to ....
- Have I made any hypotheses before putting down the questions?
- Suggest to adapt, not add something new, e.g. instead of asking the nationality, I should ask for native language used, ie. Cantonese vs. Putonghua, thus affecting students' intention in involving in both in-class and off-class activities
Pattern of Lit Review:
1. Background on CC in HK;
2. Survey instruments, including NSSE, CCSSE, Tsinghua/ NSSE-CHINA, AUSSE;
3. How CCSSE adapted from NSSE;
4. How HKCCSSE adapted from CCSSE;
5. What's the difference in HK context?
6. Reasons behind all the adaptations/ explain all the modifications
Success criteria:
1. good and solid data set
2. determine if expand the data set and its scale or not.
